This is a bespoke service tailored to you, your needs and your goals. I offer a 30 minute free initial consultation when we can discuss exactly what you are looking for from a personal trainer and how we can best work together to achieve your goals.
Personal training sessions can be booked as one-off sessions, or as a block of 6 or 12 sessions at a discounted rate. For a small fee of £20 I can perform baseline assessments relevant to your goals. These may include body composition assessments, cardiovascular fitness assessment and muscular strength or endurance assessment which we can then reassess over time.
As part of the service you will receive a personalised exercise programme for you to work on between sessions. Nutritional consultation is also included as nutrition is such a fundamental part of being and feeling fit and healthy.
